Today is the second day of the conference in our department. One new professor talks his research. He is very smart and the talk goes very well. I especially like his powerpoint slides.
At night, we go to a restaurant south of Amherst. It is a very nice restaurant and I have been there for the second time. Everytime is similar event. I think that I like this kind of events and I really like to talk to new people.
I got the chance to talk to Dick. He is a professor in our department. I learned a lot from our conversation. His experience from industry to academia is very useful for me.
